Yifat Ely Blut – Owner and CEO:
Yifat established Crystal Clear - Smart Solutions for Recruiting and Career in 2010.
Between 2000 and 2009 she managed areas of expertise and a business unit in the recruitment and placement sector.
Over the last 15 years Yifat has led and accompanied many recruitment projects in a broad range of positions in the Biomed industry, High tech, Multidisciplinary, Cleantech, and Traditional industry.
These included complex, discreet, and senior management recruitment projects, including recruitment processes of the executive search – head hunting model.
At the same time she had accompanied hundreds of managers, executives, and professionals in developing and managing a career and in creating significant changes in their careers.
At the start of her career Yifat chose to engage in clinical nutrition from a private aspect within a personal clinic as well as from an operational aspect at Asaf HaRofeh Medical Center. After 5 years she decided to make a significant change in her career.
Yifat has extensive experience and proven results.
She holds a BSc in Clinical Nutrition and an MBA in Business Administration.
She is a licensed Master Coach on behalf of the Israel Management Center and the Israeli Coaching Association (ICA).
Gil Ely – Partner:
Gil offers rich experience in the field of human resources in changing and dynamic military systems.
Within this framework he has initiated and led significant changes in recruitment processes and made them more efficient and suitable for the organization and individual, with a massive reduction in dropout rates.
At the same time he had also built career tracks and training programs for command and general management positions, including the handling of incentive, scholarship and study programs, for which he had received appreciation.
Gil holds a BA in Behaviral Science, specialization in Human Resources, and an MBA in Business Administration.
